You've put more words into the 'Yes' or 'No questions which is unnecessary. When we say "We'd like more detail." We expect you to give 2-3+ reasons and explain them on the 'Why we should accept you.' You haven't done this. On your first app, you used "Yes, I will try my best to give an unbiased justice." on your 'Will you be responsible' question, and you didn't get accepted, mostly because of the fact that your 'Why' you wanted to be staff was so vague and pointless. Regardless, you just converted that exact same unexplained point on your second app, personally, I think your just trying to save yourself a little time and extra effort when you should be putting in time and care into your staff app. If you don't, that just shows that you aren't committed/dedicated/loyal/whatever, you don't care much and you haven't made yourself stand out from other rivals. Furthermore, you gave another unexplained reason for you 'Why' we should accept you, it's a commonplace reason, you need to think outside the box and into your self for why we should accept you. Any person who applies for staff should be doing what your doing, but what we're looking for is that extra oooompf that some players have to offer. I believe that we can find your skills + extra in most other contestants for the position. Finally, you just gave some trivial information for your Additional Info that won't really benefit you in-game, - and if I were going to absolutely demolish this app - you included a sentence from the bottom of the blank form. You couldn't be bothered or didn't check through your app to make sure that it didn't have any mistakes in it, we need somebody who will recognise the mistakes they've made and improve upon them.
